Fat lambs grown on the Fleurieu
That's what we do.

We run Dorper sheep as they shed their wool and are easy to care for. That means less need for chemical control of parasites and a better product for you!

Our sheep graze natural pasture and are free range year round.

We believe the optimum time to process our meat for best quality and flavour is when the grasses start to dry out - between Nov/Dec and April each year, depending on the season.

We only run as many sheep as our land can support and are beginning to practise regenerative agriculture. This will allow us to improve our soil without chemicals and sequester soil carbon.
Always fresh lamb
Our Menu Is Based on Seasonal Availability
Our product is always fresh, unless you request it frozen. From Paddock to Plate our product is only a couple of weeks to process, package and deliver to your plate. It doesnt get fresher than that!
Cryvaced packaging ensures the freshest, cleanest product to your plate. If you choose to freezer, it ensures flavour and quality for as long as possible.
Local & Sustainable Farming
Seabel Pastoral aims to be as sustainable as possible. Thats why we sell whole and 1/2 animals and offer recipes so you know how to optimise each cut.
Our aim is to supply our local market so our product is enjoyed fresh, by our local community and travels as little as possible.
We have a limited supply that is determined by our land's capacity and the current seasonal conditions so get an order in soon!
"Bon Appetit!"
